Privacy Policy

This explains what personal data Latch Vector collects when you contact us or book a demo, why we hold it, who helps us process it, and the rights you have over it. Plain language, no dark patterns.

Last updated 22 July 2026.

Who we are

Latch Vector is a small backend engineering team based in Skopje, North Macedonia. For anything on this page you can reach us at [email protected]. For privacy questions specifically, use the same address with “Privacy” in the subject and it will reach the right person.

What we collect, and when

We only collect what you choose to send us. There is no advertising or behavioural tracking on this site.

Why we hold it, and our legal basis

We use the information solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule and hold a call, and follow up on a possible engagement. Under the GDPR this rests on your consent when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in answering people who reach out to a business. We do not sell your data or use it for automated decision-making.

Who helps us process it

We keep the list of third parties short and name them plainly. Some are based outside your country, including the United States; where that is the case we rely on their standard contractual safeguards for international transfers.

Each provider only receives what it needs to perform its task, and none of them are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your message and contact details only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any relationship that follows, then delete them. If a conversation goes nowhere, we remove it during routine cleanups. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

Email [email protected] and we will act on it, at no cost, within a reasonable time. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and the systems that receive your message are access-controlled. No transmission over the internet is ever perfectly secure, but we treat what you send us with the same care we build into our clients’ systems.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data — a new provider, a new form — we update this page and the date at the top. For anything significant, the change speaks for itself here rather than in an email nobody reads.
